Payment Policy

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. You warrant that you are the cardholder for all online payments made using credit/debit cards, and that your identification (“Cardholder ID”) exactly matches that of the credit/debit card used to make your purchase. You further agree to promptly provide proof of such matching Cardholder ID upon request at any time within six months of your purchase. You understand that any violation of this policy may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel products or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

Change and Cancellation Policy

All requests for change or cancellation of any goods and services purchased on this website must be delivered by email to www.safesoultravel.com and must be received on our working days at least 24 hours before these goods and services are scheduled to be provided.

You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase, which will determine the change and cancellation policy applicable to your purchase, including, but not limited to penalties which may apply.

If a change/cancellation/refund policy relevant to your request is not provided in the terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase, your purchase can not be changed/cancelled/refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Requests for permitted changes and cancellations will be processed within 2 working days after all payments required to process the request are settled. In the event of a cancellation, any refunds after the deduction of payments required to process the cancellation will be credited to the same payment card or account which was used to make the original purchase. Some payment cards and accounts may take up to an additional 30 days thereafter to display the credited amount.

Delivery Policy

All goods and services purchased on this website and their transaction receipts will be delivered in the form of a printable electronic ticket ("ticket") after the successful completion of your purchase. Your ticket will be made to the e-mail address you provide at the time of purchase.

If you choose not to download your ticket from the page on this website which confirms the successful completion of your purchase, you must check that you have received the ticket for your purchase by e-mail and notify us without delay if you have not received it within one hour after your successful completion of the purchase.

We shall not be liable if you do not receive your ticket because the e-mail address you provided at the time of purchase was unable to receive the e-mail containing your ticket after your successful completion of the purchase or for up to twenty four hours thereafter for any reason whatsoever.

We do not provide goods and services to countries, entities and individuals barred by the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the US Department of the Treasury in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

All fares are subject to change without prior notice.

Fares are guaranteed once the purchase is completed.

Tickets are non-transferable and name change is not permitted.

Fares are subject to availability of seats and flight dates.

Fares do not include baggage fees or other fees charged directly by the airline.

Please check for Visa / Transit visa requirement from the respective consulate / embassy.

Check in

All airline check-in counters will open 4 hours prior departure.

We strongly recommend on-line check-in through the website of the respective airline to avoid long queues.

Please check transit time before issuing your ticket(s) with the concerned airline or with Safe Soul Travel Agency as most airports require a transit visa for staying from 8 to 24hrs and beyond.

Please check all your travel documents such as Valid passport, Visa, Transit Visa ,Immigration Clearance etc.

We strongly recommend you to check the transit visa requirement at least a week before your travel with the respective consulate/embassy. Safe Soul Travel Agency will not be liable for any transit visa regulation changes after the ticket issuance.

Amendments

Airlines may have amendment / rebooking fee for rerouting or reissuance, which varies from airline to airline .You may be required to pay a difference in fare, if any, in addition to the amendment fee for the new date change.

Some fares are NON-ENDORSABLE / NON-REROUTABLE depending on the airline policy.

Some fares DO NOT allow amendments in case of NO-SHOW.

Cancellation and Refunds:

In addition to the airline charges, Safe Soul Travel Agency will have a service fee on cancellation/refund of documents.

There will be NO-REFUND if the document is NON- REFUNDABLE, as per the airline.

Some fares are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-CHANGEABLE in case of NO-SHOW.

Please read carefully the Fare Rules before booking your flights.

It is mandatory to contact Safe Soul Travel Agency for all refunds if booked through www.safesoultravel.com.

Processing time for refunds may vary from airline to airline.

Refund amount will be credited only to the account of the Credit Card holder who has paid for the ticket or other travel related services.

Safe Soul Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel any bookings done by the fraudulent usage of credit cards.

Flight Departure Time:

Please recheck the flight departure time with Safe Soul Travel Agency or the respective airline 24 working hours prior to your departure

Notes :

The EPP scheme offered by the banks / finance companies cannot be availed for ticket(s) / hotels booked through our Website.

Multiple bookings may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.

General Information

The rates are subject to changes due to currency fluctuations, the increase of VAT or of any other taxes. Any such increase/decrease will automatically affect the published rates.

Standard hotel check in 1400 hrs and Check out 1200 hrs, however varies depending on destination/hotels.

Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability.

Hotel Vouchers are non-transferable and name change is not permitted.

Some rooms may appear to be non-refundable and they carry special restrictions and conditions. Please read the terms before making your reservation.

Safe Soul Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel any bookings done by the fraudulent usage of credit cards.

Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

Any type of mandatory fee like a resort fee/city or bed tax etc. has to be paid for directly at the hotel. The same is not part of the package cost and cannot be prepaid.

Cancellation and Refunds:

By making a reservation with www.safesoultravel.com you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation policy.

Certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change.

There will be no refund if the document is NON- REFUNDABLE, as per the Hotel.

It is mandatory to contact Safe Soul Travel Agency for all refund requests if booked through www.safesoultravel.com.

Refund amount will be credited only to the account of the Credit Card holder who has paid for the ticket or other travel related services.

Documents Required

Clear scanned passport of the visitor with minimum of six months validity.

Clear scanned passport size photograph of visitor.

Clear scanned passport copy of guarantor.

Clear scanned copy of guarantor's UAE residence visa with minimum of three months validity.

Additional documents may be required by the UAE immigration authorities which will be communicated to you through the email address provided by you.

Refund Terms

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Once a Visa application is submitted, charges for the same will not be refunded whether it is approved, rejected or delayed and the applicant/visitor cannot make any claims to refund the same for whatever the reason.

Claims for refund of guarantee deposit should be made any time within one year from the receipt date. Upon expiry of the said period, the Guarantee deposit will not be refunded.

The refund of Guarantee deposit shall be made only after receiving proof of visitor's departure from the country within the legally permitted stay.

Guarantee Deposit shall not be refunded if the visitor overstays his/her valid period of stay.

The original payment receipt/Bank Deposit/Credit Card payment slip must be submitted to claim the refund of Guarantee deposit.

AED 50/- will charged as processing fee for refunding Guarantee Deposit.

Guarantee deposit shall be refunded only to the authorized person after submission and verification of identity.

Cancellation Terms

After the issuance of visa from Safe Soul Travel Agency, should there be any cancellation request by guarantor, he/she should write an application requesting cancellation of issued visa and will be charged AED 200/- as a cancellation fee.

Visa application charges will not be refunded in case of cancellation

Undertaking

I, Applicant/Guarantor, hereby undertake full responsibility for the visitor arriving in the UAE on tourist/visit visa sponsored by Safe Soul Travel Agency, that he/she will leave the country within the legal [permitted] stay of the visa from the date of his/her arrival. In the event of defaulting/overstaying this condition I shall forfeit the guarantee deposit and bear all legal consequences and fines that may be imposed by the government authorities.

I, Applicant/Guarantor shall be solely responsible for his/her travel, accommodation, food and any other related expenses.

I, Applicant/Guarantor shall be held responsible for all his/her actions and activities during his/her stay in the UAE. Safe Soul Travel Agency has the right to take any legal action against me if his /her activities are deemed prejudicial to its interest or public interest.

I Applicant/Guarantor expressly declare that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions.
